Lemon Adds is a performance-driven e-commerce growth agency helping direct-to-consumer brands scale through paid media, creative strategy, email and SMS marketing, social media, conversion rate optimization, influencer marketing, and Shopify development.
We work with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, sexual wellness, and consumer products. Our creative team works closely with media buyers, copywriters, video editors, CRO specialists, and account teams to develop creative that is visually strong—and built to perform.
About the role
We are looking for an elite Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in performance marketing, e-commerce, and direct-response creative.
This is not a traditional graphic-design position focused only on producing attractive visuals. You must understand how design influences attention, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue—and how to use performance data to improve the next version of a creative.
You will create and lead visual execution across the full customer journey, including paid advertising, email and SMS, organic social media, Shopify websites, product pages, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.
You must be comfortable working across multiple client accounts, adapting to very different visual identities, managing competing deadlines, receiving direct feedback, and producing polished work at agency speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conversion-focused static advertisements, carousels, GIFs, animations, and lightweight video assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, X, and other paid-media platforms.
- Turn creative briefs, marketing angles, customer pain points, offers, and product benefits into clear and persuasive visual concepts.
- Transform raw product photography, UGC, creator content, and existing brand materials into polished advertising assets.
- Create email and SMS visuals, including campaign graphics, promotional banners, product-feature sections, lifecycle assets, and branded templates for platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Design Shopify and e-commerce website assets, including homepage hero sections, collection graphics, product-page visuals, comparison charts, icons, offer graphics, bundles, and promotional sections.
- Develop landing-page and funnel concepts in Figma while collaborating with CRO specialists, copywriters, and developers.
- Create organic social-media graphics, branded templates, campaign visuals, product launches, and promotional content.
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing different hooks, headlines, imagery, layouts, calls to action, formats, and offers.
- Review creative-performance data and use insights such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS to guide future design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, creative strategists, video editors, copywriters, social-media managers, CRO specialists, and account managers.
- Maintain brand consistency while adjusting the creative direction for different audiences, platforms, campaigns, and stages of the customer journey.
- Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy, organization, or creative quality.
- Maintain clean source files, organized folders, consistent naming conventions, correct dimensions, and clearly labeled creative versions.
- Stay current with trends in digital advertising, e-commerce, social media, UX/UI, motion design, and AI-assisted creative production.
AI is a Core Requirement
AI experience is not considered an optional bonus for this position. It is expected to be part of your everyday creative workflow.
You should be comfortable using tools such as:
- Nano Banana Pro
- Adobe
- Runway
- HIggsfield
- ChatGPT, Claude etc.
- Figma AI
- Canva AI tools
- Stable Diffusion
- Other professional image-generation, editing, and creative-production platforms
You should know how to use AI for concept development, image generation, mockups, product environments, editing, creative variations, storyboarding, and production support.
However, AI does not replace strong design judgment. You must still demonstrate excellent typography, composition, hierarchy, retouching, brand consistency, and attention to detail—and know when AI improves a project and when it lowers the quality.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional graphic-design experience, with strong experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused advertisements, email design, social-media creative, and e-commerce or website assets.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva Pro.
- Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, animation, or short-form video editing using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- A clear understanding of direct-response design, visual hierarchy, mobile-first creative, advertising hooks, offers, and calls to action.
- Ability to create multiple meaningful variations—not simply resize or recolor the same design.
- Ability to work across different brand identities and creative styles without forcing every client into the same visual approach.
- Ability to interpret creative-performance feedback and apply it to future design iterations.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, file organization, and version management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
- Advanced or fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable availability during PST working hours.
- Comfortable creating tasteful, professional, and platform-appropriate content for sexual-wellness and adult consumer-product brands.
Strongly Preferred
- Previous agency experience working across several client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with media buyers or performance-creative strategists.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, landing-page design, and CRO principles.
- Experience designing for beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-product brands.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable creative templates.
- Portfolio examples that include testing strategies, creative iterations, or measurable performance results.
What we are looking for
The right person is:
- Creative but commercially minded.
- Fast without becoming careless.
- Detail-oriented without getting stuck in perfectionism.
- Comfortable with feedback and multiple rounds of iteration.
- Able to explain the strategic reasoning behind a design.
- Curious about consumer psychology and advertising performance.
- Highly organized and dependable in a remote environment.
- Proactive about identifying creative opportunities and improving workflows.
- Comfortable taking ownership while collaborating closely with a larger marketing team.
What We Offer
- A full-time, fully remote position.
- The opportunity to work with growing e-commerce brands across several industries.
- Meaningful ownership over creative direction and execution.
- Close collaboration with experienced paid-media, CRO, email, social, and growth-marketing professionals.
- An AI-forward environment that encourages experimentation and smarter creative production.
- Competitive compensation based on experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated capabilities.
- Long-term growth opportunities within Lemon Adds.
