About the Role We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate our brand across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who excels in branding, visual storytelling, collateral development, video editing, motion graphics, website design, presentation design, environmental graphics, and scalable self-service creative solutions. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design craftsmanship with a deep understanding of typography, audience engagement, and brand strategy. They are equally comfortable developing executive-level presentations for the C-suite, creating enterprise design systems, editing videos, building Canva templates, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and creative impact. This role requires a collaborative creative partner who can work directly with executive leaders, translate complex business concepts into compelling visual narratives, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership & Visual Storytelling Serve as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. Translate complex ideas, data, and business strategies into compelling visual stories. Develop creative concepts that support marketing campaigns, executive communications, customer engagement, events, and strategic initiatives. Maintain and evolve brand standards, visual systems, and design guidelines. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver thoughtful and effective creative solutions. Graphic Design & Collateral Development Design high-impact marketing and communication materials across digital and print channels. Develop a wide range of collateral, including: Brochures One-pagers White papers Case studies Infographics Sales enablement materials Event materials Signage Direct mail Promotional assets Create integrated campaign assets that deliver a consistent brand experience across multiple channels. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and design quality throughout all project phases. Typography & Design Excellence Demonstrate expert-level typography skills with a strong understanding of hierarchy, readability, composition, and information design. Apply best practices in layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, spacing, and accessibility. Elevate the quality of creative work through thoughtful design decisions and strong visual craftsmanship. Transform complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand visual experiences. Executive & C-Suite Communications Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, board presentations, customer engagements, keynote presentations, and corporate events. Partner directly with executive leaders and C-suite stakeholders to develop impactful visual communications. Translate strategic initiatives, business results, and organizational priorities into compelling presentation narratives. Create reusable presentation templates, slide libraries, and storytelling frameworks that support executive communications. Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing, social media, events, product launches, webinars, and executive communications. Create motion graphics, animated explainers, title sequences, transitions, and branded video assets. Repurpose video content into multiple formats for use across various channels. Support video production efforts through storyboarding, asset creation, editing, and post-production. Website & Digital Experience Design Design and maintain web pages, landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to improve user experience and visual consistency. Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. Create digital assets optimized for web performance and engagement. Environmental & Experiential Design Develop creative solutions for conferences, trade shows, corporate events, office environments, and experiential activations. Design environmental graphics, event branding, signage, wayfinding systems, stage graphics, and event experiences. Collaborate with vendors and production partners to ensure successful implementation of creative concept Social Media & Digital Content Development Design engaging and platform-optimized social media graphics and campaign assets. Support content marketing initiatives with visual assets tailored for digital engagement. Translate marketing strategies into creative social campaigns that align with brand objectives. Stay current on emerging design and social media trends. Self-Service Tools & Template Development Create scalable design systems and self-service solutions that empower non-designers to create on-brand content. Develop and manage: Why Join Availity India?
