Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Mid-Level to Senior Graphic Designer.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on designer who can take brand concepts, mood boards, and creative direction and translate them into polished visual experiences across branding, web, landing pages, digital marketing, advertising, email, infographics, and reports.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate proactively. You should be comfortable taking a project from brief to final execution while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail.

The salary range is $2,800 to $3,000 USD per month for a full-time engagement, depending on the candidate’s experience and portfolio.

Candidates from Latin America may be considered.

Candidates in a time zone outside of the Western Hemisphere will NOT be considered.

The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Translate existing brand concepts, mood boards, and creative direction into polished, channel-specific designs.
• Explore and develop multiple creative directions while maintaining strong brand consistency.
• Extend visual identities across digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, onboarding experiences, email, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Help evolve and strengthen existing brand identities and visual systems.
• Design engaging and conversion-focused web pages and landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and different audience segments.
• Create clear and visually compelling infographics, reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Translate complex information and data into accessible and engaging visual stories.
• Support creative projects across digital marketing, brand, web, email, advertising, and other business initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into strong creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Proactively communicate project progress, identify blockers, and ask the right questions to keep projects moving forward.
• Organize and manage design work using collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English — YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION AND CLEARLY EXPLAIN YOUR CREATIVE DECISIONS IN ENGLISH.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong consideration for candidates with senior-level experience.
• A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating experience in: Branding and visual identity, Digital and web design, Landing pages, Infographics and data visualization, Marketing and advertising design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Experience translating creative concepts, briefs, or mood boards into polished final designs.
• Strong professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing for multiple channels, including web, digital marketing, email, advertising, and brand initiatives.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives and project requirements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage your workflow without needing constant direction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Suite.
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana and Slack.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Contentful is a plus.
