Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join Mazal Games and help shape the visual experience of our games.

Location: Remote - Europe

What you'll do:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work directly with the Art Director and collaborate closely with our animator and development team. You’ll focus primarily on game UI, visual concepts, and production-ready assets - taking creative direction and feedback while independently owning your work from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality UI and visual assets for our games.
• Develop visual concepts and turn them into polished, production-ready designs.
• Work directly with the Art Director and execute based on creative direction and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the animator and development team.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently from concept to final delivery.
• Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
• Maintain visual consistency and a high level of polish across all game assets.
• Proactively contribute ideas and creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional design experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI, visual design, and conceptual work.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have:

• Illustration skills.
• Experience with motion design and video editing
• Familiarity with Unity and game development workflows.
