You will be working with a diverse range of exciting brands across culture, fashion, sports, and technology this busy studio is looking for someone who can effectively work across the creative solutions for retail, brand experience and brand communications projects, working with the internal and external team to realize work from concept to completion. Our clients value our insight led approach to develop environments that blur the lines between the physical and digital across all our creative proposals from experiential activations to interior retail design. Your Role & Responsibilities Design and execute high-quality graphic and motion assets across various formats – across print and digital media for experiential spaces, retail spaces, print and digital. Art direction of content briefs for stills and motion assets – from strategic concept to on set delivery with partner teams Adept at creating graphic toolkits and systems for graphic strategies – ie. Wayfinding/ instore communication/ visual centre hierarchy Possesses excellent storyboarding skills to plan and visualise photoshoots Technically execute print and motion graphics for production. Possesses the ability to create and maintain brand assets. Produces custom illustrations and graphics to enhance visual content. Working alongside the studio team to develop new concepts and develop strong creative solutions Delivers strong design presentations with compelling narratives to clients using existing tools and design approach Take ownership of creative challenges from brief to delivery including presenting and developing client relationships Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise. Work closely with the creative and account management teams to exceed client expectations, helping to deliver high quality design work. Maintains consistently high-quality design standards on all projects. Attends / inputs into creative briefs, pitches and brainstorms and supports on the agency’s creative output. Stays up to date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in both graphic and motion design. Continuously experiments with new techniques and styles to keep designs fresh and innovative. Desired skills and experience 8+ years experience as a senior graphic designer/ art director Experience on set and working with DOP/ Photographers and production teams Experience working with editors and retouch artists Client facing experience Experience in managing junior team members Candidate must have experience in responding to creative briefs with a strong mind for ideation and conceptual design Proficient in Adobe CS, Miro and Figma An education and passion for Retail, Interiors, Design and Branding Open minded and willing to adapt to, and absorb company work methods whilst being eager and motivated in helping to improve standards as part of a group decision The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings The ability to produce graphics schedules and sign off print proofs The ability to work with producers and print vendors to execute print media An attention to detail and ability to work in a highly productive environment In addition, the candidate must be: Highly motivated, fresh thinking and on trend Creative and quality driven Ambitious and empowered, using this opportunity for personal development and to shape the way the agency grows.
