Profile Requirements: Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior graphic design, senior creative, or creative leadership role. Extensive agency experience and/or senior brand-side creative leadership experience is essential. Proven experience leading creative direction and successfully elevating the quality and consistency of design teams. Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing designers. An outstanding portfolio showcasing high-end branding, digital design, campaign work, and creative leadership is essential. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and preferably After Effects and Premiere Pro. Strong expertise in brand development, visual identity systems, typography, layout, and creative strategy. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and content designed for web and social platforms, including short-form vertical video. Ability to think strategically while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design execution. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines, and thrive within a fast-paced remote environment. Core responsibilities: Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns, client projects, and brand initiatives. Develop and maintain high design standards across all creative output, ensuring consistency and quality. Mentor, coach, and provide creative leadership to the existing design team, fostering growth and continuous improvement. Review, refine, and approve creative work produced by junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction. Develop branding concepts, visual identities, logos, brand guidelines, and comprehensive design systems. Design high-quality marketing collateral, digital advertising, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and social media assets. Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling creative concepts across both static and motion formats. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, development, and account management teams to deliver integrated creative solutions. Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and overall team capability. Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually elevate the organisation's creative output.
