Role Overview Mint Source is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (Static Ads) to join a performance creative agency that produces scroll-stopping static ads for e-commerce brands in health, apparel, pet, and fitness, so those brands can scale their ad spend profitably. Their style is unconventional and humor-driven, and every ad they ship starts on a designer's screen. You'll design ads using a range of typography styles and layouts that stop the scroll and communicate fast. The role leans 80% independent work with focused collaboration alongside other designers. This is a senior seat on an established design team: the brief and the daily quota are the same as for every designer, and what sets you apart is the level of craft you bring to each composite and how quickly you get there. Success looks like consistently hitting weekly quotas of approved designs with minimal revisions while maintaining quality, consistency, and speed. It's a great fit if you enjoy rapid creative testing, smart constraints, and using AI extensively to accelerate your work. What You'll Do Design static ad creatives that use strong typography, hierarchy, and layout to drive attention and clarity Translate simple briefs and brand guidelines into multiple on-brand variations for testing Use Photoshop as your primary design tool for fast, precise production and retouching; use Figma as a secondary tool for layout systems and feedback Use AI tools extensively to ideate, explore styles, and generate efficient variations without sacrificing craft Produce 9 to 10 composites per day consistently while maintaining design quality Iterate based on feedback, simplifying messages to what matters most Bring a senior creative point of view to ad concepting, pushing past safe executions and contributing ideas that improve performance, not just polish Communicate timelines, blockers, and tradeoffs proactively through written channels (Slack, email) What We're Looking For 5+ years of graphic design experience with ad creative at the centre of it, and a portfolio of shipped ads or conversion-minded visuals across multiple brands or categories High proficiency in Photoshop (this is your must-have tool) for compositing, typography, and rapid iteration under deadlines Comfort working in Figma for layouts, components, and collaborative reviews Fluent use of AI tools in your design process, with a body of AI-assisted work in your portfolio. You'll be using AI extensively with this team, and we want someone with a clear point of view on where it adds value and where it doesn't A track record of sustained daily output at a creative agency or DTC brand. We are looking for people who have held a pace like this for months, not people who think they could Excellent spoken and written English: clear, precise, and professional on Slack and on calls A strong opinion on what makes ads convert, not just what looks good.
