As a key member of the GTM organization, you will support the development and execution of targeted, data-driven campaigns designed to generate measurable business impact. Working closely with Channel Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams, you will help bring campaigns to market, manage customer audiences, optimize performance, and contribute to revenue growth across our product portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence customer growth initiatives, build expertise in expansion marketing, and develop the skills needed to take on greater ownership over revenue-driving programs in the future. What you'll do: Support the execution of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell and revenue growth across the existing customer base. Assist in managing end-to-end campaigns execution, from intake through launch, including audience creation, asset coordination, QA, deployment & performance tracking / reporting. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities. Collaborate with marketing channel owners, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. Partner with content and creative teams to help develop messaging and visuals that resonate with customers. Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and launch requirements across stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for campaign execution and operational support. Assist with customer segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are personalized and relevant to the audience. Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on campaign and customer behavior data. Monitor campaign performance and surface optimization recommendations to improve results. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns. Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including messaging development, creative coordination, and performance tracking. Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with product, sales, operations, and demand generation teams. Solid analytical skills and comfort using data to inform campaign decisions and report on performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to compelling messaging and content. Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
