Are you an experienced investment compliance professional with a passion for translating complex investment guidelines into robust technology solutions? We're looking for a Senior Guideline Coding Analyst to join a high-profile strategic transformation programme, playing a key role in the migration of investment compliance monitoring onto a new Charles River platform. This is an opportunity to work across global teams, influence critical business outcomes, and help shape the future operating model of a leading asset management business. What you’ll be doing: Reviewing and recoding investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management System Analysing investment guidelines and prioritising coding activities to support programme delivery Logging and tracking data gaps, escalating issues where rules cannot be fully coded Performing validation testing to ensure coding outputs align with business and regulatory requirements Conducting comparisons between strategic and legacy compliance monitoring systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with fund managers, traders, technology teams, consultants and external vendors across global locations Contributing to the development and documentation of coding standards, procedures and violation management processes Supporting programme governance by providing updates on progress, risks, issues and deliverables Who we’re looking for: Significant experience within investment management, with a strong focus on investment compliance Proven expertise working with Charles River and/or State Street investment management platforms Experience implementing and testing investment guideline rules and comparing strategic solutions with legacy environments Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations and how compliance monitoring platforms utilise data Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently across business and technology teams Experience working within large-scale transformation, migration or change programmes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
