We are currently looking to recruit a Senior HR Administrator to join our People team in Swords. Co Dublin. Job purpose To support the HR team to deliver an effective HR service offering across the business, which helps enable the delivery of the company’s strategic goals. Support the administration of Ardmac's European workforce by coordinating onboarding, payroll administration, employee mobility, employment compliance, HR systems and workforce data management across multiple jurisdictions. Duties and Responsibilities General HR Manage elements of the employee onboarding process by inputting data onto the HR (Bamboo HR) and other relevant systems. Responsible for a range of administration processes within the HR function, i.e. proof of address validation, bank account information, copy of certs/qualifications etc. Ensure all information held on the HR Information system is accurate and up to date. Timesheet Management on HR system, including job set-up and job code management. Approval of weekly timesheets. Other ad hoc administration. Support the delivery of health and wellness initiatives. Drafting contracts for hourly paid labour. Administer employee changes, transfers and reporting line updates. Support employee offboarding. Maintain leave and absence records within HR systems. Payroll Administration Coordinate payroll inputs across multiple countries for payroll partners. Validate timesheets, overtime, allowances and payroll data. Liaise with payroll providers and external advisors. Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies. Support payroll deadlines and payroll scheduling activities. Qualifications and experience Qualifications: BA in Human Resource Management Minimum 3 years experience in HR Administration Ability and knowledge of: HR administrative processes Employment law and practical implementation HR information systems (HRIS) Ability to communicate effectively Ability to demonstrate coordination & strong organizational skills Payroll administration Ready to Apply?
