This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while helping shape the future of the organisation during a critical phase of its journey.
The Opportunity
Reporting to a senior HR leader, this role goes far beyond a traditional HRBP remit. You will operate as a strategic partner and trusted deputy, supporting large-scale organisational change, leadership development, talent initiatives and business transformation programmes.
The role combines functional business partnering responsibilities with broader EMEA influence, providing leadership and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
