That growth is exactly the problem we need you to help us solve. The role We need a Senior HRBP who can build the people foundations for a company that's scaling across four countries at once without slowing us down with process for process's sake. You'll be the person leadership turns to when a reorg needs designing or a manager needs coaching through a hard conversation. This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo HR role. It's a build-it role. What you'll actually be doing Shaping how we're organized. Partner directly with leadership on org design and workforce planning as we scale — not after the fact, but as part of the decision-making. Keeping us legally sound across borders. Own employment law compliance in Finland and beyond, from contracts to labor relations, working hands-on with legal counsel where it matters. Making managers better. Coach leaders through complex people situations and build performance systems that actually help people grow, not just tick a review-cycle box. Building the playbook. Create HR policies and processes that are lean enough for a scale-up but solid enough to hold up as we grow — across four very different regulatory environments. Making "one company" real. Drive consistency in how we hire, pay, relocate, and support people across Finland, India, UK, and Argentina, even as local rules differ. Running the programs that keep people here. Lead engagement, retention, and leadership development efforts with a genuinely people-first approach. What you bring 10+ years of HR experience with substantial experience as HRBP or senior HR professional. Proven experience in scale up or startup environments (tech, engineering, deep tech strongly preferred). Strong expertise in organizational design, structuring teams and guiding managers through change. Solid understanding of employment law (Finland/EU) and compliance with hands on experience collaborating with legal counsel on HR matters. Experience building and implementing performance management and development systems in scaling organizations. Experience supporting international teams and building robust cross country HR foundations. High level of maturity, autonomy and stakeholder skills to advise and influence leadership directly.
