In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to our clients, collaborating closely to understand their unique people challenges. You'll act as a trusted advisor, designing and implementing comprehensive HR solutions that optimise workforce performance and drive organisational success. Leveraging strong commercial HR Business Partnering experience, you will work closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, supporting organisations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and change. You will lead the evaluation of these strategies, ensuring they contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce while driving sustainable business results. Key Responsibilities include: Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance HR offerings. Develop and deliver strategic HR plans and solutions for clients, encompassing employee engagement, employer value proposition, talent management, workforce planning, and recruitment. Support development of HR Consultancy/Advisor team members. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Work with clients to define and strengthen their employer value proposition to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with clients on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a robust and effective recruitment process. Implement talent management programmes, including succession planning, career development, and performance management. In partnership with our L&D specialists, design and deliver inspiring learning and development sessions aligned with the clients' strategic objectives and people development needs. Identify opportunities for upskilling and reskilling, fostering a culture of continuous learning within client organisations. Cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning HR solutions to support their strategic objectives. Serve as the primary on-site contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Provide on-site support to clients, addressing immediate HR needs and facilitating seamless communication between the client and our HR consultancy. Conduct regular on-site visits to enhance client engagement and understanding of their organisational dynamics. On-site support for Outsourced HR clients, developing a deep understanding of their organisational dynamics and goals. Contribute to the development and sharing of knowledge and best practices within the HR consultancy. Business development activities to support HR Consultancy strategy and growth plan. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Demonstrable extensive consultancy experience, operating as a commercially focused HR Business Partner with fast-paced, high-growth, global organisations. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into effective people solutions. Experience supporting global or multi-country organisations, with an understanding of international people practices, cultural considerations, and employment frameworks. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance people priorities with organisational growth, profitability, and operational objectives. Experience leading workforce growth, organisational design, talent strategies, and change initiatives within scaling businesses. Experience managing complex employee relations matters, including restructures and TUPE. Proven ability to use HR analytics and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Experience building and managing strong client relationships, with the ability to identify and support business development opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, CIPD qualification, or equivalent HR-related qualification. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems used to support HR consultancy activities. Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required. Job Benefits
