Senior HRIS Analyst | People Systems & Reporting

Manila, Philippines - Remote-Flexible | PHP 75,000-91,000 per month

Internally titled People Systems & Reporting Specialist, this role combines hands-on HR systems support with people reporting, data quality and practical automation.

You will sit within People Operations and help turn workforce data into reliable insight, simpler processes and better self-service. This is for someone comfortable working inside an HRIS, solving system and data issues, and explaining the output clearly to non-technical colleagues.

The role is Manila-based and remote-flexible, with office attendance twice per month.

What you’ll do

• Administer and support HR systems, including permissions, configuration, workflows, data uploads, testing and issue resolution.
• Produce regular and ad hoc people reports covering headcount, forecasting, compliance and workforce activity.
• Build clear dashboards and reporting narratives that highlight trends, risks and practical recommendations.
• Maintain data quality across systems through validation, reconciliation and prompt issue resolution.
• Use Power BI, Power Automate and other tools to improve reporting, automate recurring processes and enable self-service access.
• Provide technical support, maintain process documentation and contribute to People projects and statutory reporting.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS or a comparable business system.
• Experience producing accurate reports, dashboards or management information for business stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and data skills, including validation, manipulation, analysis and quality checking.
• Understanding of HR processes, people data structures, confidentiality and data protection.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work independently and explain technical information clearly.

Useful, but not essential

• Experience with iTrent, iChris or another HR information system.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects or a similar business intelligence tool.
• Exposure to SharePoint, Salesforce, workflow automation or self-service reporting.
