Senior Imagery Analyst

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Imagery Analyst to work in a hybrid remote/onsite capacity, with minimum of 3 business days onsite at our Fairfax, VA corporate office. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award . The Senior Imagery Analyst (IA) candidate should be a self-motivated, team-oriented individual. The IA candidate will be working in a group environment where communication is the foundation of a quality individual and team. The Senior IA will possess a high level of focus to help develop training data for artificial intelligence. As a Senior IA, you will be required to analyze images and label objects within those images according to predefined descriptions and mentor junior team members in best practices. Salary Range: $22-23/hour General Description of Benefits Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be willing and have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of related imagery experience Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day Demonstrated expertise across all imagery and footage types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology. Mentor and supervise a team of Imagery Analysts Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst Developed footage and image labeling and cataloguing SOP’s and Training Materials Advanced ability to proactively, professionally, clearly, and concisely communicate with peers and executives orally and in writing Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, matrixed organizations, and multiple stakeholders A team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and executive management
