Senior Implementation Project Manager

Position: Senior Implementation Project Manager Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt About the Role Zonar is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead our most strategic and complex customer implementations. In this highly visible role, you will own the customer journey from post-sale through successful deployment, ensuring a seamless implementation experience that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention. As a senior member of the team, you will serve as a technical and process mentor, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Integrations, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise-level customers while continually improving implementation processes and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for large enterprise, multi-site, and strategic customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent implementations. Coordinate account configuration, device activation, integrations, installation logistics, training, and project completion activities. Partner with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of products and services while maintaining project scope and schedule. Provide proactive communication and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders through CRM and project management tools. Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex customer, technical, and process-related issues. Mentor and support junior Implementation Project Managers through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing implementation playbooks, SOPs, and best practices. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Integrations teams on solution design, implementation planning, and strategic customer initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of project management, implementation, customer success, or related experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telematics, or enterprise software environments. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase customer implementations and executive-level stakeholder relationships. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and project management tools preferred. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced.
