You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. Range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of solar and renewable inquiries. Tasks include but are not limited to: Answers customer and contractor phone calls and email inquiries Processes incentive applications and incentive payments. Enters and maintains various database(s). Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements. Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures. Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed incentive claim data. Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance. Participates in frequent meetings with the client, representing the team professionally and taking ownership of follow-up action items. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 1-3 years relevant experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required Strong follow-through and accountability — someone who reliably completes tasks and communicates honestly and proactively when something is behind or needs support Comfort working directly with a client in frequent meetings, with professionalism and responsiveness Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of ongoing responsibilities at once Ideal candidates will be based in Oregon. Compensation Range $18.55 - $26.00 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
