Senior Indirect Purchasing Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Indirect Purchasing Coordinator to lead a team of 3 specialists in a dynamic, high-volume purchasing environment (~300 orders/week). This role combines hands-on procurement responsibilities with team leadership , acting as a key interface between local operations and global purchasing teams. Fluency is both Polish and English is mandatory. Work model : Hybrid ( 4 days onsite,1 day remote) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily work of a team of 3 purchasing professionals Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes , including: Supplier sourcing and bidding (RFQs/RFPs) Commercial evaluation of offers Contract negotiations and supplier selection Contract drafting and order placement Ensure smooth coordination across departments (e.g., Production, HR, Technical) Drive cost optimization initiatives (e.g., reducing tooling or operational costs) Collaborate closely with global purchasing teams Oversee purchasing activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of experience in indirect procurement At least 2 years of leadership experience (team lead / coordinator level) Strong hands-on procurement expertise (operational + strategic exposure) Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Fluency in Polish (native) and English (mandatory) Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office #LI-CC
