Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis across the full solution lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, solution design support, testing, and transition to operations)
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent techniques
• Solid experience working within established project frameworks (Prince2 or PMI) and delivery approaches (Agile or hybrid)
• Ability to produce high-quality artefacts: user stories, BPMN flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups, and acceptance criteria
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS O365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Salesforces)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable working independently with SMEs, business teams, and senior leadership
• IIBA CCBA/CBAP or PMI-BPA certification is a strong asset

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT service/platform owners, managing and translating digital demands into structured, actionable solutions
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture, validate, and prioritize business requirements across a portfolio of assigned demands
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digital enablement
• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and full traceability management throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop business test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support SIT/UAT and coordinate business user participation
• Support deployment planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews
• Prepare demand assessment materials for governance and prioritization processes, presenting complex cases to solution architects and senior leadership
