Position Summary CSlope Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to lead an anticipated U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center program supporting the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 Geographic Information System–Real Property (GIS-RP) mission. The Senior IT Project Manager provides overall management and technical integration across GIS-RP tool development, ArcGIS Pro automation, web mapping and visualization, Real Property analysis, training, technical user support, software quality assurance, reporting, staffing, schedule, and contract deliverables. Primary Responsibilities Serve as Team CSlope's primary program-management interface with USACE/AGC and DCS G-4. Manage staffing, schedules, technical activities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.Integrate GIS, Real Property, QA/testing, analytics, training, and technical-support workstreams. Manage CSlope personnel and coordinate performance of Elyon and KFS team members. Maintain the integrated schedule, deliverable register, risk register, and action-item tracking. Oversee quality-control implementation and timely resolution of performance issues. Ensure required meeting notes, Monthly Status Reports, annual reports, and other contract deliverables are complete and timely. Maintain staffing continuity and coordinate replacement or backup personnel when necessary. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, information technology, GIS, engineering, management, or related field. - Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) at date of award. - Demonstrated understanding of DoD and Army Real Property and IGI&S policy and guidance. - Demonstrated knowledge of the current DCS G-4 IGI&S Quality Assurance Plans. - Demonstrated knowledge of the current SDSFIE Army Adaptation. - Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS software and enterprise GIS environments. Experience managing project staffing, schedules, contract deliverables, risks, and technical execution. - Experience performing or overseeing high-impact, technically complex assignments. - Ability to function as a technical and management lead across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for interaction with senior Government stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Direct USACE, Army Geospatial Center, DCS G-4, or Army installation experience. - Experience supporting Army Real Property and IGI&S reconciliation. - AIGP experience. - HQIIS and/or GFEBS/PRIDE experience. - RPIM/RPUID business-rule experience. - Federal GIS program-management experience. - Experience managing multi-company teams or subcontractors. - PMP, PgMP, or comparable project-management certification.
