Lead high-visibility infrastructure programs that influence enterprise technology strategy Work primarily remotely while maintaining meaningful engagement with technical and business stakeholders Partner with architects, engineers, vendors, and leadership teams on major infrastructure initiatives Drive modernization efforts involving cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and platform lifecycle programs Join a collaborative environment where your leadership directly impacts project success and organizational growth Gain exposure to enterprise-scale projects involving cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders Contribute to infrastructure transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes Your Role & Responsibilities Lead infrastructure projects from discovery, planning, and design through deployment, validation, and final handoff Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, and resource plans using Microsoft Project Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and financial reporting Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and compliance considerations while developing mitigation strategies Serve as the primary communication point between technical teams and executive stakeholders Provide clear status updates, project reporting, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations Drive cross-functional planning and execution activities across multiple technology teams Ensure alignment between Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives and organizational priorities Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization programs across critical enterprise platforms Examples of Projects You May Lead Citrix Platform Lifecycle Initiatives MDS Switch Lifecycle Projects Elastic Cloud Storage Lifecycle Programs Enterprise Virtualization Platform Lifecycle Upgrades Web Hosting Enhancements and Automation Initiatives Network Attached Storage (NAS) Lifecycle Programs F5 Platform Lifecycle Projects Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex technical environments Experience managing enterprise infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships Technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and technology platforms Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams with significant cross-functional impact Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Technical Experience Desired Data center infrastructure projects Server virtualization platforms, including VMware environmentsCloud infrastructure and migration initiatives Storage solutions including SAN and NAS environments Network infrastructure, routing, switching, and connectivity projects Infrastructure automation and platform modernization programs Bonus Points If You Have Experience managing Enterprise Infrastructure portfolios or programs Hands-on experience with infrastructure lifecycle management initiatives Previous experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments Exposure to enterprise hosting environments and automation initiatives Advanced reporting and dashboard experience utilizing Power BI Experience using Project Web App (PWA) for enterprise project management Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred Additional project management, Agile, or infrastructure-related certifications are highly valued Tools & Technologies Microsoft Project Project Web App (PWA) Azure DevOps Power BI VMware Enterprise Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS) Cloud Infrastructure Platforms Citrix F5 Technologies What We Offer At Trissential, we believe exceptional professionals deserve meaningful opportunities, competitive compensation, and an environment where they can make a real impact. Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $143,000–$153,000 annually or $85–$95 per hour , depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
