Job Title: Sr. Infrastructure Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Senior Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise platforms, including Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware, Apache Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes , and Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 environments. This role requires a multi-skilled, hands-on technologist who can work across infrastructure, middleware, and database layers. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure support and administration for Oracle EBS R12.2 environments. Manage and troubleshoot Oracle DBA activities, including performance tuning, backups, patching, and upgrades. Configure and maintain SSO and SSL setups for EBS and Fusion Applications. Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) core components and Autonomous Databases (ADP/ADW). Implement and manage WebLogic domains and related Fusion Middleware components. Perform middleware patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Support E-Business Suite R12.2 upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities. Deploy, maintain, and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters. Support and administer Apache Kafka clusters, topics, and message streaming workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues efficiently. Participate in planning, designing, and implementing infrastructure projects and enhancements. Work in a shift-based environment, including weekends or off-hours as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration, including EBS R12.2 environments. Strong knowledge of Oracle ATP/ADW and Oracle Cloud (OCI) console operations. Experience with EBS SSO & SSL configurations and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications SSO and MFA architecture. Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server administration. Strong troubleshooting skills across database, application, and cloud infrastructure layers. Knowledge of OCI security, identity domains, policies, and MFA setup. Ability to work independently and lead a team through complex infrastructure challenges. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certifications in DBA or OCI. Experience working in Managed Services or consulting environments. Exposure to automation tools and scripting. Experience with migration projects to OCI. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
