Senior Inside Sales Representative

Peregrine Team is actively hiring a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performing team within the healthcare and life sciences space. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong earning potential and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a consultative, client-facing environment. About the Role This is a phone-based, consultative sales role focused on guiding individuals through important, often time-sensitive decisions. You will work with both inbound and outbound leads, uncover key motivators, educate customers, and confidently drive the sales process through to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment , is comfortable managing a pipeline, and has a proven ability to build trust quickly and convert conversations into results. What You’ll Be Doing Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads Guide customers through a consultative sales process from initial conversation to close Build trust quickly by understanding individual needs and tailoring solutions Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate activity within Salesforce or a comparable CRM Follow up with urgency to drive timely decision-making Clearly communicate product and service offerings in a simple, effective way What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2C, phone-based environments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Experience in high-volume call environments (inbound and outbound) Strong closing ability — comfortable asking for the sale and driving decisions High emotional intelligence with a performance-driven mindset Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.) is a plus What Makes Someone Successful You can build trust quickly over the phone You understand how to identify what matters most to the customer You’re comfortable handling objections and selling beyond price You bring consistency, energy, and resilience to a high-volume environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission structure Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and additional benefits Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work from home Work Location: Remote
