About the Role As a Senior Integration Architect, you will lead the design of secure, scalable integration solutions that connect healthcare systems and enable seamless interoperability. Working across clinical and enterprise platforms, you'll help improve how healthcare information is shared to support better patient outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Lead the design of scalable, standards-based integration solutions across complex healthcare environments. Design secure API-led integration solutions using healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7 v2 and CDA. Deliver integration solutions using MuleSoft and modern cloud technologies. Work across technologies including AWS, Smile CDR and Apache Kafka to support enterprise integration. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and solution designs. Assess architectural options, balancing security, performance, scalability and cost. Ensure integration solutions meet healthcare security, privacy and compliance requirements. Produce architecture standards, technical designs and supporting documentation. Work closely with product, engineering and delivery teams to solve complex integration challenges. Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring across integration initiatives. About You Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions within healthcare environments. Hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft. Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7 v2 and CDA. Experience designing secure, scalable integration solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience integrating with Salesforce, particularly Health Cloud, is highly regarded. Strong architectural judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business and technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
