Apply Description TMP is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role leads the design, documentation, and coordination of interior environments, working closely with the Project Architect/Manager to deliver thoughtful, high-performing spaces. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare environments and a passion for design excellence. This position plays a key role in owning interior design scope, supporting construction administration, collaborating with leadership, and partnering directly with clients to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform project responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards for design quality and documentation Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to support successful project outcomes Manage interior design scope to meet project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets Coordinate closely with Project Architects/Managers, Principals-in-Charge, consultants, and clients Lead interior design documentation and construction administration efforts Support other project teams during peak workload or critical deadlines Mentor and guide Designers, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field 10+ years of professional experience NCIDQ Certification Demonstrated experience working on healthcare projects or facilities Preferred Working proficiency of Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated success in improving project processes or delivery methods What We’re Looking For A collaborative, solution-oriented leader who works effectively across disciplines A strategic thinker who balances big-picture goals with technical execution A proactive professional who takes ownership and initiative Interest in leveraging technology to enhance design and delivery outcomes Strong client-service mindset with business development awareness Positive attitude, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for contributing to firm culture Why Join TMP?
