Lead the management of complex investment portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients, delivering disciplined, risk-aware strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence investment direction, mentor talent, and contribute to firm-wide portfolio innovation. You’ll play a key role in driving client outcomes and supporting business growth. Key Accountabilities Manage and oversee large, complex investment portfolios aligned to client goals, risk tolerance, and long-term strategy. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication of performance, strategy, and market insights. Develop and implement investment strategies in collaboration with internal teams and in alignment with CIO guidance. Lead or contribute to research efforts including security selection, asset allocation, and external manager evaluation. Ensure portfolios adhere to compliance policies, risk controls, and fiduciary standards. Partner with market leaders to support sales growth and client retention efforts. Guide and mentor junior portfolio managers and analysts to strengthen team capabilities.
