Senior iOS Developer (Vietnamese Speaking)

II. Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join our engineering team and build high-quality, scalable mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing application architecture, developing new features, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

III. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural and technical design discussions to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance iOS applications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS applications with excellent performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Implement and promote best practices for coding standards, testing, code quality, and development workflows.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, responsiveness, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, release, and post-launch support.
• Continuously improve development processes, team collaboration, and engineering efficiency.
• Research and adopt modern iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices where appropriate.

IV. Job Qualifications & Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• At least 6+ years of experience in iOS application development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture, application lifecycle, UI components, and design patterns.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control.
• Experience with application performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for building high-quality mobile applications and continuously learning new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects within deadlines.

Language:

• (At least C1 level) Fluent English communication (both written and verbal).
• Able to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

V. Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Upto 80,000,000 VND gross/month (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)
• Full SHUI support is available for candidates who are not currently enrolled in SHUI by another employer
• Candidates who are already participating in SHUI through their current employer will receive compensation without additional SHUI contribution
• Candidates are required to use their own laptop (company laptop is not provided)
• Personal Income Tax (PIT) will be deducted in accordance with Vietnam's progressive tax regulations

• Working model: Remote (Outsourcing project, work directly with the client)
• Client Project Domain: Real Estate
• Typical working time: 9:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Vietnam Time)
• Preferred onboarding date: ASAP Joiners
• Initial contractor: 6+ months (long-term project)
• High possibility of long-term extension based on performance and project roadmap
