Senior IT Analyst in Corporate Lending Team | SEB, Tallinn

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst who combines a strong technical foundation, preferably built through experience as a Software Developer or System analyst, with the ability to understand and challenge complex business processes. What you will be doing As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of corporate lending products and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to transform business needs into scalable and high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams. Designing solution flows, system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges across internal and external platforms. Collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. Participating in solution design discussions and helping teams make sound technical decisions. Supporting testing activities, including functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing. Driving alignment of processes and solutions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Taking ownership of complex initiatives, ensuring progress, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. Who we are looking for: Previous experience as a Software Developer, Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development, system architecture principles, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. A product mindset and experience working with cross-functional development teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments. Ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The ability to navigate complex environments and drive change. It is an advantage if you have: Experience in banking, lending, financing, or other financial services. Knowledge of corporate lending products and processes. Experience working with large-scale integrations and distributed systems. Experience in a cross-country or international organization.
