Design and maintain solutions for the development and enhancement of a modern and future oriented software and system landscape Define and manage requirements for system integrations across policy systems, claims platforms, and partner systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability Co-own backlog refinement, prioritization, and value delivery together with the Product Owner. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices Ensure value orientation, usability, functionality and quality of requirements throughout the entire lifecycle Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of requirements Outcome-oriented work with a focus on measurable business value Your Profile Completed studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a comparable field. Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst or Consultant, Experience and knowledge in the value chain of insurance or a related field (sales, underwriting, policy management, claims handling, international insurance programmes) Experience or strong interest in leveraging digital and AI-driven solutions in business analysis and process optimization. Strong understanding of system landscapes, APIs, and integrations in complex enterprise environments. Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and proven skills in problem decomposition and solving. Ability to think out of the box and keep an eye on dependencies and interfaces in an highly connected environment Strategic thinking and ability to drive business initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy Strong team orientation with the ability to actively collaborate across functions and disciplines, fostering open communication, stakeholder alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes in an international environment.
