Monitor incidents and escalations, partnering with IT teams and suppliers to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted IT partner to site and business leaders, providing escalation support, technology guidance, and project coordination. Act as the IT Site Champion when assigned, driving accountability, stakeholder engagement, and service excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on initiatives including cybersecurity, compliance, audits, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure projects. Support technology adoption, transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and cost-saving opportunities. Provide operational guidance for security, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. Coordinate with vendors on monitoring, root cause analysis, outage response, and corrective actions. Deliver user enablement, training, and communication programs to improve IT service adoption and customer experience. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in a technical, information technology, or business-related field. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting infrastructure, desktop, and site services in large enterprise environments. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing vendor, managed service, and third-party relationships. Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT projects and sites serving 1,000+ end users. The salary range for this position is ($83,600 - $104,800). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
