About the role: We’re looking for a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead key sourcing and vendor management initiatives across our growing IT landscape. You’ll ensure we get the best value from our suppliers — not just in cost, but in performance, reliability, and innovation. If you’re a seasoned negotiator who knows how to balance business, technology, and supplier relationships, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Drive IT sourcing strategies and contract negotiations across hardware, software, cloud, and services. Manage vendor relationships, performance, and governance to ensure delivery excellence. Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to align vendor spend with business goals. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and innovation. Support procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives. Track and report procurement metrics to improve visibility and decision-making. What You Bring 5+ years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management. Proven expertise in negotiating complex IT contracts. Strong understanding of IT categories and procurement processes. Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with ERP or eProcurement tools (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics). Relevant certifications (CIPS, CPSM, ITIL) a plus.
