Senior ITSM Developer with German Language Knowledge

Responsibilites: • Act as a technical and process expert in HaloITSM implementation projects. • Translate customer requirements into ITSM process designs, including incident, problem, and change management, service requests, CMDB, SLAs, and workflows. • Provide high-level architectural guidance for designing HaloITSM solutions aligned with customer requirements, including modules, workflows, integrations, permissions, and reporting. • Lead and support hands-on implementation activities, including custom workflow configuration, API integrations, scripting, and data migration. • Advise customer stakeholders directly, including executive-level representatives. • Take an active, hands-on role at the intersection of technical implementation and process consulting. Requirements: • Openness to gaining in-depth knowledge of HaloITSM if such experience is not already in place. • Senior-level or architect-level experience in ITSM platform development; experience with HaloITSM or ServiceNow is strongly preferred. • Equivalent experience with major ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, Ivanti, or Cherwell is also acceptable. • Proven ability to independently define and design ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management, service catalogs, and SLA structures. • Confidence in providing high-level professional guidance and making architectural decisions. • Hands-on technical expertise in scripting, API and integration development, and data migration. • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
