As a Software Engineer for our client's Edgewise platform, you will join a cutting-edge AI-native development group building cloud-edge software, automation, and optimization applications that help the world's tier-1 cellular network operators improve network performance at scale. Responsibilities: Work with a group of talented engineers providing innovative solutions to Cellular Networks problems Design and implement complex algorithms Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems Work in an AI-native engineering environment that uses modern coding agents and spec-driven development to accelerate high-quality delivery Minimum Qualifications: B.Sc . in Computer Science or Software Engineering 6+ years of experience in software development using Java Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English Preferred Qualifications and Technical Experience: Technology stack: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases, Vertica, large-scale data processing, network automation, and AI-assisted development workflows Strong experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures using Java Excellent problem-solving skills Experience working with microservices architecture Experience working with big data applications using advanced SQL capabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar agents as part of the software development lifecycle Advantages: Experience building optimization and analytics modules Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with Clean Code, SOLID, and high software engineering practices Experience working with microservices architecture Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks Experience with NoSQL and relational databases Experience working with Vertica or other column-oriented databases Experience with Linux and Kubernetes (k8s) Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI coding agents — a strong advantage What we offer: Flexible work environment with the opportunity to work remotely 1:1 English classes for individual language training to enhance communication skills Premium medical insurance for comprehensive health coverage Great team offering a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic international work environment Equipment provided to ensure efficient job performance Accounting support with full assistance in Ukraine and Poland Paid time off, including 18
