Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Spring Boot. • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing REST APIs and system-to-system integrations. • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Oracle Database and SQL; interaction with PL/SQL components is expected where relevant. • Minimum 2 years of experience with messaging or event-driven solutions, preferably Apache Kafka. • Minimum 2 years of experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift. • Proven experience delivering business-critical enterprise applications through the full software delivery lifecycle. • Experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred; minimum 2 years is preferred for candidates presented as banking-experienced. Mandatory Cards Domain Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering integrations for card-processing or card-management systems. • Minimum 2 years of experience working on card issuing, card acquiring, card authorization or card transaction processing platforms. • Proven experience integrating with Visa and/or Mastercard services, interfaces or certification-related flows. • Experience with card lifecycle processes including card issuance, activation, renewal, replacement, tokenization or transaction processing.
