What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based men's health brand is looking for a Senior Designer specializing in websites and landing pages to join their Growth Marketing team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours per week, fully remote) focused on designing high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and funnel experiences that turn paid traffic into customers. You will work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and developers to take pages from copy doc to polished, dev-ready design, and to keep improving what is already live.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design landing pages, advertorials, listicles, product pages, and funnel steps optimized for conversion.
• Turn copy docs and wireframes into polished, dev-ready Figma designs, always mobile-first.
• Keep the ad-to-page journey congruent, so your pages pay off the promise the ad makes.
• Design with CRO in mind, including visual hierarchy, social proof, offer clarity, and page speed constraints.
• Partner with developers on handoff and QA the built pages against your designs.
• Build and maintain Figma design systems and components for rapid page production.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing websites and landing pages for DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing teams, with a portfolio of pages that converted.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required), including components, auto layout, and dev-ready handoff.
• A strong grasp of CRO principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience working with developers, with an understanding of what is practical to build on platforms like Shopify and modern page builders.
• Comfort working independently and managing timelines in a remote environment.
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a drive to continuously improve.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for health, wellness, or supplement brands.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools.
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS to inform practical, buildable designs.
• Light motion or micro-interaction design skills.
