Senior L&D Designer at BairesDev

As a Senior L&D Designer, you will lead the creation of high-impact training programs that align with organizational goals. You will drive the end-to-end development of educational content, ensuring that every module delivers measurable results and supports long-term professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop comprehensive training manuals and interactive online learning modules.
• Design structured, role-based learning paths to guide employee development and organizational growth.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create engaging and accessible instructional materials.
• Conduct thorough analyses of business objectives to identify and address critical skills gaps.
• Implement robust measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
• Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of educational content.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and creating comprehensive training programs.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate and Storyline.
• Hands-on experience in measuring training effectiveness and optimizing educational outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
