Your Day-to-Day Role

• Engage with prospective learners and clients through digital marketing platforms
• Respond to enquiries, conduct information interviews and meaningful conversations to assess readiness – no cold calls or hard sales
• Provide information on learning resources and programs to qualified candidates
• Support individuals to identify opportunities for leadership and growth
• Maintain organized communication and follow up processes
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, mentoring and professional development activities to develop your own career skills as you assist others.

The Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years’ professional experience in Learning Facilitation, Education Administration, L&D, Educational or Career Coaching, or similar
• Passionate about learning, change, personal growth, and helping others succeed
• Strong communication with excellent verbal and writing skills
• A future-thinker who is open to new ways of working
