Senior Leasing Manager

Role Description The Senior Leasing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading leasing activities across Labrador Real Estate’s residential and hospitality portfolio. This position oversees end-to-end lease management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing leases to optimize occupancy and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with property management teams, monitoring market trends, setting competitive rental rates, and implementing resident retention strategies. The Senior Leasing Manager will analyze market data, report on leasing performance, and recommend pricing and marketing adjustments as needed. This role also collaborates with development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that leasing efforts align with project timelines, brand standards, and customer experience goals.
Qualifications

• Strong leasing expertise, including experience with leases and lease administration for multi-unit residential or hospitality properties.
• Proficiency in market research, rent analysis, and competitive positioning within real estate markets.
• Background in property management, including coordination with onsite teams and vendors to support leasing operations.
• Experience in resident retention, customer service, and building long-term resident relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and contract accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with leasing and property management software, CRM tools, and basic data reporting in Excel or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a senior leasing, asset management, or real estate operations role is strongly preferred.
