Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements (including B2B, SaaS, licensing, marketing, and contractor deals) and handle redlines directly with counterparties. Build out reports, standard terms, contract templates, and foundational legal documentation independently from the ground up. Oversee IP management and maintain the centralized trademark register, coordinating with external agents for new filings. Act as the go-to legal advisor for quick questions from internal business teams and serve as the primary liaison with CSPs.
