Senior LIMS Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll develop and customize LIMS systems built on BPM workflows, combining deep industry knowledge with technical expertise to optimize laboratory operations. Working primarily with business process modeling and LIMS platforms like Labbit, you'll design and implement workflows that streamline lab processes while ensuring data integrity and system reliability. What You'll Do

• Develop and customize LIMS systems, preferably Labbit or similar platforms.
• Design and implement business process modeling (BPM) workflows for laboratory operations.
• Work with SPARQL and RDF for data querying and management.
• Use Python for automation and system customization.
• Integrate LIMS systems with other laboratory and business systems.
• Optimize laboratory workflows and ensure system reliability and performance.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with LIMS systems, preferably Labbit or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Business Process Modelling (BPM).
• Knowledge of SPARQL.
• Experience with RDF (Resource Description Framework).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
