Orca Home Loans NMLS#1904915 is dedicated to helping loan officers grow their businesses by providing support and assistance whenever needed. We are looking for a rockstar processor to come in and help us knock out loans quickly and help us streamline our overall process. First and foremost you must be able to handle 15 loans per month and close on time. From there we have many opportunities to grow your mortgage career.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role, 1099, commission only role. You must have an active NMLS license.
You will be responsible for handling a bare minimum of 8 loans per month. If you can handle more we will get you more! You will earn $550 per loan with bonuses of $100 for getting CTC 2 days prior to closing.
