The scope of this support encompasses a full range of administrative, program management, and technical support services, The organization's primary work is to develop and acquire and support CBRN detection equipment through the DHS acquisition process and deploy that equipment to DHS's front-line operators to alert them of the presence of chemical, biological, radiation, or nuclear weapons or materials present in the people, vehicles, or cargo entering the country. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active SECRET clearance. This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities : Work as part of a team to accomplish the following: Provide integrated product support management, leading and conducting logistics management tasks as necessary. Support logistical analyses to identify, define, and document acquisition program integrated product support requirements. Assist in providing logistics input, review, and comments to acquisition and product support management documents. Provide logistical analyses to assist in identifying, recommending, and incorporating logistics requirements into the Acquisitions documents (i.e., Lifecycle Management Plan/Acquisition Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, acquisition contracts) and writing Lifecycle Sustainment Plans and Materiel Fielding and Implementation Plans. Participate in an established logistics IPT consisting of a diverse background of subject matter experts. Performs Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from a fully accredited institution. Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience relating to acquisitions program support (or four years and a Master’s degree) Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to support and manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills Ability to work with a variety of colleagues with varying levels of experience Ability to work in a team environment and lead a team Mastery in use of personal computers with extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with web-based applications including Microsoft Teams a plus An understanding of DHS acquisition program processes is highly desirable Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to support and manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications : An understanding of DHS acquisition program processes is highly desirable An understanding of the CBRNE threat and associated detection technologies, programs, and stakeholders About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
