Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA The Senior Manager, Change Management & Organizational Readiness plays a critical role in advancing RMCC's transformation strategy by preparing leaders, teams, and the organization to adopt new ways of working. Reporting to the Director of Planning & Business Operations, you will lead RMCC change programs, strengthen organizational capabilities, and implement business transformation in a way that drives sustainable adoption and long-term success. What you'll do during a typical day: Assess organizational readiness and develop adoption strategies Design and lead functional change management programs from planning through sustainment Coach leaders and strengthen leadership capability during change Monitor adoption, organizational health, and continuous improvement opportunities How you'll collaborate with others: Establish a scalable readiness framework Improve adoption of strategic plans Enhance capability of the RMCC Teams to transform function evolution Increase leadership confidence and capabilities through continuous improvement and strengthened culture Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Develop communication and partner engagement strategies Partner with Learning & Enablement to build organizational capability What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Seven (7) years in Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Consulting, Strategy, or Transformation Five (5) years of experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including technology implementation Experience working across organizational boundaries, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners Successful relationship management Hospitality/shared services, revenue management, and commercial strategy experience Experience in learning & development strategy Experience developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences Travel up to 25% It would be useful if you have: Organizational Change Leadership Organizational Readiness Leadership Coaching How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
