Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications for EMEA & Americas, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications that advance business objectives, strengthen the Otis brand and reputation and engage stakeholders at the regional and local levels. As a member of the Western Europe leadership committee, you will be the main point of contact for local leaders on communications matters. This is a high-profile, hands-on role that combines strategic advisory responsibilities with day-to-day execution. Location: Ile de France Languages: Fluent in French and English Reports to: Senior Director, Communications, EMEA & Americas Key responsibilities : Advise leaders on strategies for leadership messaging, local crisis and reputation management, colleague messaging/engagement, social impact programs, etc. Develop and execute effective internal communications strategy including leadership communications, articles, videos, town halls, internal programs and events etc. to ensure and strengthen colleague engagement Lead and deliver impactful external communications activities including media relations, leadership visibility, social media content, etc. to ensure clear, consistent communications that build trust, reinforce our brand image and protect the company’s reputation Acts as a key point of contact for the Senior Director, Communications EMEA & Americas and World Headquarters Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to ensure delivery of assets and information, effective communication, and program support requests are clearly communicated. Execute CSR initiatives and ensure that social and environmental concerns and partnerships are identified, promoted and incorporated into country activities and messaging. Communications Competency profile 10+ years in Communications roles in international matrix environment. Strong experience in both internal and external communications Proven experience in media relations Excellent writing and storytelling skills in French and English Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with the communications team and acting as a trusted communications adviser to senior leaders Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and execution.
