Your opportunity: This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of the Enterprise, Government & Wholesale (EGW) business. Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy, Product & Wholesale, the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Performance acts as a strategic partner to the GM, driving organisational alignment, performance, accountability and execution across EGW. The role serves as the central coordination point across the EGW leadership team and interlocking with other functions across TPG Telecom ensuring strategic priorities are translated into action, investments deliver intended outcomes, and initiative owners focused on achieving business objectives. Operating across strategy, governance, performance and executive engagement, the role provides visibility of key risks, opportunities and initiatives requiring leadership attention. You'll make impact by: Strategy Development & Growth Lead development of EGW's long range strategic plans. Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis to identify emerging threats and growth opportunities. Develop strategic options and recommendations for the GM and EGW Leadership Team. Assess opportunities for new products, partnerships, adjacent markets and inorganic growth. Monitor industry, technology and regulatory trends and recommend strategic responses. Support Board and Executive discussions regarding EGW strategic direction and portfolio priorities. Strategic Execution & Accountability Maintain visibility across EGW's strategic priorities, growth initiatives and investment programs Track delivery progress, business outcomes and benefits realisation Identify risks, dependencies and gaps to plan and drive timely intervention Work with initiative owners to ensure priorities remain on track and commitments are delivered Drive a culture of execution, ownership and accountability across EGW Leadership Support & Business Management Act as a trusted advisor and central coordination point for the GM and EGW Leadership Team Support prioritisation, follow-through and execution of leadership decisions Provide visibility of key actions, risks and opportunities requiring leadership attention Translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes across the business Establish operating rhythms that improve focus, alignment and organisational effectiveness Executive Governance & Storytelling Coordinate Executive Leadership, ExCo and Board reporting Prepare high-quality presentations, strategic papers and performance updates Develop compelling narratives around business performance, strategic initiatives and investment outcomes Support governance forums, investment reviews and leadership decision-making Ensure leaders are informed by high-quality data, insights and recommendations Cross-Functional Orchestration Act as the connective tissue across EGW, Technology, Consumer, People Experience and Customer Operations Align stakeholders around priorities, dependencies and business outcomes Facilitate collaboration and remove barriers to execution Bring together disparate activities into a clear and cohesive view for leadership Ensure strategic, operational and financial plans remain aligned Strategic Planning & Performance Partner with Finance to support planning, budgeting and investment discussions Monitor progress against strategic, financial and operational objectives Support prioritisation of initiatives, resources and investment decisions Lead performance reporting, scorecards and executive dashboards Provide insights and recommendations to support growth, transformation and business performance What you’ll bring: 8+ years' experience in strategy, business performance, transformation, consulting, finance, commercial or telecommunications roles Proven ability to support senior executives in driving strategy, execution and organisational performance Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority Experience developing Executive, C-suite and Board-level papers and presentations Ideally, you will also have: Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and business judgement Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills Ability to drive accountability, challenge constructively and deliver outcomes in complex environments What's in it for you?
