Job Introduction Please note the internal title is Senior Manager, Services Enablement Learning The Senior Manager, Employee and Partner Enablement is responsible for defining and executing the learning strategy that drives the success of Tekion’s services organization and external partner ecosystem. This role leads a team of blended learning developers and facilitators, builds scalable enablement programs, and ensures alignment with business outcomes and operational priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep instructional expertise, a passion for leadership, and experience enabling services organizations and partner ecosystems at scale. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
