Salary £66,336 - £72,150 Per annum | Permanent| Full Time - 37 hours per week International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced and inspirational social work leader to join our Children's Social Care leadership team as a Senior Manager within Family Safeguarding Pennine. Working alongside another Senior Manager in Pennine, this is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership across Family Safeguarding services in Pendle, driving excellence in practice, safeguarding outcomes and workforce development. Working closely with Heads of Service and partners across the system, you will play a key role in shaping services that support children to remain safe within their families wherever possible. The Academy is run by our team of Advanced Practitioners who provide a range of support, training and development across our service to help practice to be at the highest standards. Staff have access to the latest research to help embed high quality practice.
