You will lead client engagements end-to-end — combining business development, strategic advisory, and delivery leadership — while building trusted relationships with senior executives and shaping long-term partnerships across the industry. Your Impact at dss+ You will lead transformation programmes across Mining & Metals clients in Mexico while playing a key role in expanding our market presence and growing client relationships. You will operate across the full lifecycle — from opportunity identification and commercial development to delivery execution — ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client trust, and measurable business impact. Key Accountabilities Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across complex transformation programmes Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing consulting engagements Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mining & Metals sector Structure project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with clients and internal teams Engage executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solutions Anticipate project risks and challenges, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and long-term partnerships Maintain active involvement in delivery to ensure quality, impact, and client satisfaction What You’ll Experience at dss+ Deliver on our Purpose Be part of a values-led organisation where your work helps save lives, improve performance, and advance sustainability for our clients and their people. Who You Are You bring strong commercial acumen, deep industry expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high-impact environments. You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, leading teams, and delivering measurable outcomes.
