Senior Manager, Integrated Production

We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. * 5–6 years of experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related creative disciplines. * Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital experiences together with broader visual design capabilities. * Proven experience designing across web, mobile, digital platforms, and multiple communication formats. * Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Service Design methodologies. * Experience working with Design Systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks. * Comfortable contributing to presentations, branding, visual communication, social content, and multidisciplinary creative projects. * Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation within creative processes. * Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration, and presentation skills. * Ability to balance strategic thinking, creative execution, and continuous experimentation.
