About the Role: Lead and manage the Investment Operations (IO) team to deliver investment operations initiatives and ongoing servicing to support Perpetual Investments’ investment management capabilities. Support and implement the strategic, operational and product related requirements of Investment Operations Lead the planning and development of the Investment Operations team strategy and contribute to the broader Operations & Business function strategy for Perpetual Wealth. Lead, develop and champion a client centric focus within the IO team and in all investment operations activities; enhancing stakeholder management Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the IO team and drive improvements in efficiency and performance across IO Oversee and govern the IO Transitional Service Arrangement activities and outcomes of the Perpetual group up to TSA exit.
